    If your plans include overnight stay, I recommend this place. It is clean and big size hotel, the staff are attentive and location in Bogota's business district is absolutely perfect. The lobby bar makes the complimentary drinks. Good service and the food is outstanding! Furthermore, free Wi-Fi throughout the property is very quick.

    The hotel itself was quite nice - very American. The staff was quite friendly and helpful - almost earnest. Many staffers were bilingual. The room was also a nice size.

    I had two issues with the hotel. 1. On both Friday and Saturday the hotel seemed to host a wedding/party. Loud music blasted through the hotel til 2am, making it difficult to sleep. 2. The hotel charges for guests to come up to your room. I was told that I needed to pay approximately 50USD for a friend to come upstairs. This, they said, is their policy. If this is true, then this policy should be explained prior to check in - not prior to a friend's visit.

    best base for overnight stay with very very helpful employees during check-out. exceptionally nice location a 10-15 minute walking distance from maloka. really enjoyed nice safe area.

    We had to get up early to catch a flight. Immediately after the wake up call, the hotel called us for a courtesy orange juice and coffee delivered to the room. That was very nice.

    The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were super friendly. The standard double room was lovely and modern. I appreciated the strong wifi and the convenient airport shuttle, made getting around easy. The spa services offered were also a nice touch!

    Everything was thought of. They even had a safe large enough to keep your laptop and with an electric socket inside for charging it. Excellent hotel.
